Only 291 of 514 GLP-1 sellers confirm what their price covers
Every comparison in this category, ours included, sorts sellers into one price column. That only works if the numbers mean the same thing. They do not.
We hold 584 GLP-1 sellers in the register. 514 of them publish a monthly figure. For each one we recorded whether the seller states that figure covers the three things that decide your bill: the medication, the consultation, and delivery. 291 state all three are included. 223 do not, and 26 state the medication itself is billed separately — the largest line on the bill, quoted outside the headline price.
This is not an allegation of dishonesty against anyone listed below. Advertising an entry rate or a membership fee is legal and ordinary in this market. It does mean the advertised number is often not the number you pay, and that ranking these figures against each other compares things that are not comparable.

These sellers publish a monthly figure and also state, in their own terms, that it does not cover everything. The most consequential version is a membership: the fee buys the clinician and the platform, and the drug is charged on top, often at a price you cannot see until you are inside the funnel. Counting each stated exclusion separately, and some sellers state more than one: 26 exclude the medication, 10 exclude the consultation and 5 exclude delivery.

How this was measured, and what it does not tell you
Every figure on this page is computed from the register itself, not written by hand, so it moves when the underlying records move. A seller enters a bucket on the strength of what it publishes: three fields, each recorded as stated-included, stated-excluded, or not addressed.
The three states are kept apart on purpose. Treating a silence as an exclusion would turn a gap in our evidence into a claim about a company, so a seller that never mentions delivery is reported as not having addressed it — never as charging for it.
The limits worth knowing: this measures what a seller publishes, not what it charges. A price behind an intake questionnaire is not a published price, and 70 of the 584 sellers we track publish no monthly figure at all, so they are outside these counts entirely. Dose-dependent pricing means the advertised entry figure is frequently the cheapest tier rather than the common one.
