A register of the companies selling GLP-1 medications to Americans online. What each one charges per calendar month, who actually dispenses the drug, and what regulators have said about them.
Two facts about this market make a register worth keeping. The advertised price is usually not the price you pay, and the company taking your money is usually not the pharmacy filling the vial. Almost every unpleasant surprise a reader writes to us about traces back to one of those two.
So the work here is narrow and repetitive. Read the seller’s own checkout until a standing monthly figure appears, and record the date it was read. Find the dispensing pharmacy and check it against the FDA’s outsourcing facility register and the relevant state board. Read the enforcement record. Write down what is there, and equally what is missing.
What is in the register
540+ US GLP-1 sellers, each with an entry, whether or not they have any relationship with us. Being absent from a comparison site is normally a commercial decision on someone’s part, which is exactly why coverage here is not optional: a seller cannot buy their way in, and cannot buy their way out.
Alongside them: FDA warning letters, matched to companies by domain and address rather than by name resemblance, because two firms with similar names are not the same firm and publishing that error would be defamatory. Prices carry the date they were captured. Where a figure comes from a promotional rate, a prepaid term or a cycle that is not a calendar month, the entry says so, since that gap is where most of the misleading happens.
Who writes it
One founder and a small number of freelance contributors. Two bylines run by beat, listed on the contributors page rather than dressed up as a masthead. A byline here does not claim credentials it does not have.
No clinician currently reviews what we publish. Every page carrying clinical material says so on its face instead of implying medical review. We are trying to hire one, and until that happens the honest label stays.
How it is funded, and what that buys
Affiliate commission. Some sellers pay us when a reader signs up through a tracked link, and that is the only revenue. No display ads, no sponsored articles, no paid reviews.
Commission affects one thing: order. Paying partners are grouped above non-partners on category boards and in the homepage slot, and every surface where that happens says so. It does not affect a score, a finding, a warning letter, a published price, or whether something damaging runs. Several current partners carry critical findings.

What this site is not
Not a clinic, and not your clinician. Nothing here is a recommendation to start, stop or change a medication, and no page can weigh your history the way a prescriber can.
Not an advocate for or against these drugs. The register records what sellers charge and what regulators found. Whether a GLP-1 is right for you is a different question and not one we answer.

What is being built next
Stated narrowly, because a roadmap is a promise:
- The dispensing chain, named — which pharmacy fills for which brand, with its 503A or 503B status and inspection history. Sellers rarely volunteer this and it is the single most useful thing a reader can know.
- Price history worth trusting — captures dated and kept, so a rise is visible rather than retroactive. A price with no history is a claim about one day.
- Clinical review — a named clinician reading drug and safety material before it publishes, with the credential shown on the page.
Telling us we are wrong
The most useful message we get. Send the page, the sentence, and where the correct version can be seen. Verified errors are fixed on the page with a dated note saying what changed.
