Affiliate Disclosure
Follow a link from this register to a seller, sign up or buy, and we may be paid a commission. You pay nothing extra for it. That money is what funds the work: running the site, re-checking prices that move weekly, and keeping the savings calculator, the insurance checker and the price tracker free to use. We would rather say this at the top than bury it.
The honest truth about commercial relationships: We have affiliate partnerships with many (but not all) of the providers listed on our site. Like most comparison sites, this compensation may impact the location and visibility of certain providers, and it is worth being specific about where. Twelve of our ranked boards place partners above non-partners. So do the seller index at /reviews and the comparison tool. The homepage featured slot is drawn from partners scoring 7.0 or above and then ordered by measured earnings per click, not by score. Two boards are deliberately exempt: cheapest-semaglutide and cheapest-tirzepatide rank on price alone, because a cheapest list that sold its top spot would be worthless. Sellers we earn nothing from are listed throughout and are not hidden, but they are not promoted either.
Score is independent. Placement is not always. Our scoring algorithm runs against every provider equally, but the order sellers appear in, the homepage featured slot and the comparison tool's default ordering are all influenced by commercial relationships. Every paid relationship carries a "Featured Partner" badge on the card itself, not only on the link.
What does NOT change based on commercial relationships: Scores are determined by our scoring algorithm, which evaluates every provider across the same six weighted dimensions (see our Methodology). A provider with an affiliate relationship will not receive a higher score than one without. If a provider scores poorly, they will be ranked accordingly, regardless of any existing or potential commercial relationship, and no payment moves a number. What payment moves is ORDER, which is why the paragraph above sets out exactly which surfaces it moves and which it does not. For the full story of how our reviews and rankings work, see our Nature of Reviews & Rankings page.
An independent publisher runs this register. We are not a pharmacy, not a telehealth company, and not a medical provider, and nothing ties us to any seller or manufacturer beyond the ordinary affiliate agreements described above. Nor is the register complete: which sellers we cover comes down to editorial priorities, what readers ask about, and how much of the market a seller reaches. A seller missing from these pages has not been judged and found wanting. It may simply not have been written up yet.
Your choice matters more than our recommendation. These rankings are somewhere to start reading, not medical advice, and losing weight is a decision that belongs to you and a clinician who knows your history. Talk to a licensed healthcare provider before starting any medication or program. And check the seller's own site before you pay: prices, availability, what is included and regulatory standing all move, sometimes within a month of our last look.
