A seller advertising one national price is not making one national offer. Where you live decides who may write your prescription, which pharmacy may fill it, and sometimes what it costs.
A license, not a preference
A prescriber has to hold a license in the state the patient is sitting in. That is why a seller shipping to 47 states is missing three, and why the missing ones are rarely explained on the site.
The visit rules differ
Some states want a live video or phone consult before a first prescription; others accept a written questionnaire. A seller that is async everywhere else will quietly add a call for you.
The pharmacy has its own map
Compounding pharmacies are licensed state by state too. A seller can be authorized where you live while the pharmacy it uses is not, which is one reason coverage lists and shipping lists disagree.

What the state lists actually say
243 of the 584 sellers on this register publish a state list at all. Among those, coverage runs from District of Columbia at 37 to Texas at 208. The thinnest markets we can confirm are District of Columbia (37), Mississippi (156), Arkansas (159), Alaska (163), Alabama (166).
What barely moves is the floor. The cheapest confirmed monthly price is $79 in 50 of the 51 jurisdictions here, and the exceptions are District of Columbia at $93. So a state line changes who will sell to you far more than it changes what the cheapest of them charges — which is the opposite of how state pages are usually written.
