Every legitimate telehealth provider on our register is ordered here by the lowest monthly semaglutide price it publishes. Teaser rates that switch on you in month two do not qualify. Detailed Reviews
Collective
Verified partnerBest for: flat any-dose pricing, if you can absorb a $199 annual membership on top
Health For Everyone Inc., trading as CollectiveOS, sells compounded semaglutide at $59/mo and compounded tirzepatide at $69/mo on a membership model, with a mandatory $199 annual membership on top that the headline price does not include. It prices every dose the same, so the cost does not climb as the dose is titrated, and it does not require prepaying for medication. The site is marketed as being from the founder of Thrive Market. Neither its pharmacies nor its medical groups are named.

- ✓Shows its price before the medical questionnaire, so you can compare it without handing over health information

- ✓The monthly price includes the medication, clinician visits and shipping

Cons
- ✗Confirm it serves your state before you start the intake

RxPepsDirect
Best for: a published list of the 28 states it serves, when most sellers publish none
Pricing is per vial: semaglutide/B12 from $25/vial and tirzepatide/B12 from $45/vial, after a $39 asynchronous online medical visit, with no subscription required. Optimal Balance Pharmacy, a 503A in Texas, dispenses. Licensed NP/PA prescribers supervised by Medical Director Dr. Jonathan Snipes, MD issue patient-specific compounded prescriptions under the 503A pathway. FedEx overnight delivery, syringes and a travel case are included. Peptide RX LLC operates in 28 states and DC.
Score Breakdown
Pros
- ✓The monthly price includes the medication, clinician visits and shipping
- ✓We found no FDA warning letters issued to RxPepsDirect
Cons
- ✗You only see a price after finishing the medical intake, so you cannot compare costs before sharing health information
- ✗Not included in the monthly price: lab work, coaching
- ✗Serves only 28 states, so check that yours is one of them
- ✗Ask which pharmacy fills the prescription before you pay, so you can check its license
- ✗Its semaglutide and tirzepatide are compounded rather than FDA-approved, so they have not been reviewed by the agency for safety, effectiveness or manufacturing quality

Score Breakdown
Pros
- ✓Shows its price before the medical questionnaire, so you can compare it without handing over health information
- ✓The monthly price includes the medication
- ✓We found no FDA warning letters issued to Boston Medical Group
- ✓A live video visit with a clinician is required before a prescription, which is slower than a form and is the more careful intake
Cons
- ✗Not included in the monthly price: clinician visits
- ✗Serves only 7 states, so check that yours is one of them
- ✗Ask which pharmacy fills the prescription before you pay, so you can check its license
- ✗Its semaglutide is compounded rather than FDA-approved, so it has not been reviewed by the agency for safety, effectiveness or manufacturing quality
Ivim Health
Best for: coaching bundled into the price rather than sold separately
Score breakdown, pros and cons
Ivim Health is a telehealth weight loss program. Entry-tier semaglutide pricing is low, and tirzepatide carries a separate program fee.
Score Breakdown
Pros
- ✓Shows its price before the medical questionnaire, so you can compare it without handing over health information
- ✓The monthly price includes the medication, clinician visits and coaching
Cons
- ✗Confirm it serves your state before you start the intake
- ✗Ask which pharmacy fills the prescription before you pay, so you can check its license
- ✗The FDA has issued Ivim Health a warning letter. Read what it alleges: a letter flags a problem but does not by itself rule a seller out
- ✗Its semaglutide and tirzepatide are compounded rather than FDA-approved, so they have not been reviewed by the agency for safety, effectiveness or manufacturing quality
OurView Health
Best for: seeing what it charges before you answer any medical questions
Score breakdown, pros and cons
Weight loss at OurView means compounded semaglutide starting at $75 or tirzepatide at $135, mailed as 30-day supplies. Access hangs on joining the Our View Savings Club, whose pitch is pharmacy-direct pricing on medications compounded in the US. Wellness peptides, women's BHRT and TRT/HRT fill the rest of the catalog, all of it 100% online. A licensed third-party pharmacy does the compounding but is never named. The legal pages are complete, and the site says it holds LegitScript Approval. The entity is OurView Health.

What the cheapest semaglutide prices are hiding
A low number is only useful once you know what it buys. Sorting by price puts standing rates, prepaid terms and opening-month rates side by side, and the sort itself does not separate them.
What to check
- The lowest number is not the answer by itself. Price sorts independently of everything else we score. Read the rest of the entry beside the figure: what the trust score says, and whether any pharmacy is disclosed at all.
- Check which term the price requires. Three-month and twelve-month prepayments sit underneath most of the lowest per-month figures in this market. For anyone not yet certain semaglutide suits them, paying a little more without a term is the smaller thing to be wrong about.
- The price at the dose you reach. Some sellers hold one price across every strength and some raise it at each step. Add the membership fee where one exists. Two entries only compare after both adjustments.
Red flags
- Pharmacy unnamed and no LegitScript listing. Two disclosures are checkable on any compounded-GLP-1 seller: the 503A or 503B pharmacy filling the vial, and a LegitScript certification. When a site publishes neither, nothing about the contents of that vial can be confirmed from outside.
- Instant approval with no clinician you can reach. A prescriber is supposed to read the intake and stay available once dose questions start. Approval issued automatically, with nobody reachable afterward, means the medical layer was removed rather than streamlined.
- The advertised number is a first month. Headline figures here are usually qualified somewhere. Common forms are an opening rate that steps up with each dose increase, and a membership fee billed separately from the drug itself. Either one can double what leaves your account in month two.
- B12, MIC, or HCG sold for weight loss. Trial evidence for weight loss sits with the GLP-1 injections and nowhere else on this aisle. A clinic that lists lipotropic, B12, or HCG shots under weight loss is selling past the record, whatever its own site says.
Every seller listed above is scored on these criteria under our six-dimension methodology, with prices re-checked against the seller’s own live site.
How we rank, and what counts as “legit”
Scoring for every provider on this page runs against our published six-factor rubric[1]: value, effectiveness, user experience, trust & safety, accessibility and support.
Each of Wegovy, Zepbound, Ozempic and Mounjaro holds its own separate FDA approval under its own NDA number[4][5]. Published Phase 3 efficacy for semaglutide at 2.4 mg (~14.9% mean weight loss across 68 weeks) comes from STEP 1[6]; those for tirzepatide (~20.9% at the 15 mg dose over 72 weeks) come from SURMOUNT-1[7]. In 2025 the SURMOUNT-5 head-to-head set the two against each other[8].
How much of an anti-obesity medication is covered varies widely between state Medicaid programs and between commercial plans[9][10]. Under IRS Publication 502, compounded GLP-1s and brand-name ones alike are generally FSA/HSA eligible where a prescription exists[11].
