Foundayo self-pay price by dose

Lilly sells Foundayo for cash through LillyDirect. Prices are per 30-day supply (one tablet a day). Two doses are temporarily discounted through December 31, 2026, and the two highest doses carry a 45-day refill condition.

Daily dosePrice nowRegular price
0.8 mg (starting dose)$149/mo$149/mo
2.5 mg$149/mo$199/mo
5.5 mg$199/mo$299/mo
9 mg$299/mo$299/mo
14.5 mg$299/mo$349/mo
17.2 mg$299/mo$349/mo

The label starts everyone at 0.8 mg for at least 30 days, then 2.5 mg, then 5.5 mg, with further steps to 9, 14.5 or 17.2 mg based on response. So the first three months of a standard start cost $149, $149 and $199 at today's temporary prices, or $149, $199 and $299 at the regular ones. The 45-day rule on the top doses means a late refill costs $50 more that month.
