A membership called Advantage, at $79/month, is the entry point, covering protocols set for the individual, specialists who are board-certified, and hormone labs of some breadth; the GLP-1 prescription then comes on top of that fee. Operating since 2003 as a clinic and telehealth network, the company built its name on bioidentical hormone replacement therapy and has since layered medically supervised GLP-1 weight management on. Which states it covers, and what the weight-loss drugs cost, appear nowhere on the marketing site.
