Best Tesamorelin Providers in 2026 — Ranked & Reviewed

Full FDA approval belongs to exactly one growth-hormone-releasing-hormone analog: tesamorelin, sold under the brand name Egrifta, with phase 3 trial data behind it for reducing visceral abdominal fat in HIV-associated lipodystrophy. It is compounded and prescribed off-label as well, more broadly, for body composition and GH support. A prescription is required. Every provider below prescribes through a licensed clinician, and every one carries a score on our six standard dimensions.

Detailed Reviews

About the prices below: every dollar figure inside these provider summaries belongs to that clinic’s GLP‑1 weight-loss program. None is a Tesamorelin price. For Tesamorelin itself, read the figure next to each clinic in the comparison table above, taken from the clinic’s own product page. A reading of “Check pricing” means the clinic does prescribe Tesamorelin and publishes nothing for it, so you are quoted after your consultation.

Cons

  • ✗Ask which pharmacy fills the prescription before you pay, so you can check its license
  • ✗Its retatrutide, semaglutide and tirzepatide are compounded rather than FDA-approved, so they have not been reviewed by the agency for safety, effectiveness or manufacturing quality
  • ✗Its menu lists retatrutide, which FDA says cannot be used in compounding under federal law and has not been found safe and effective for any condition

Pepti

Best for: bloodwork inside the $99/month rather than billed on top

9.0

One flat charge holds regardless of dose: $99 a month for injectable semaglutide, $199 for tirzepatide, each figure covering shipping, refill management, baseline labs, physician review and the drug itself. Registered in Delaware, the platform reaches 36 states with doctor-prescribed compounded peptides and GLP-1s, and its catalog passes 120 products spanning skin, cognitive, recovery, TRT and hormone, and weight-loss categories, bloodwork at home included. Insurance is not billed. Pepti prescribes nothing itself; it is the platform.

Trellis Vitality

Best for: knowing which pharmacy fills the vial: it names VialsRX

8.4
Score breakdown, pros and cons

$150 a month opens compounded semaglutide and $199 compounded tirzepatide, identical at every dose, with no consult fee or membership stacked on top. Scale weight is not the frame; body composition is, which is why biomarker panels taken at home, a re-test at 90 days, and muscle-sparing choices such as glycine formulations and tesamorelin come with the GLP-1s. Trellis does the coordinating only: VialsRX in Houston dispenses and the Arora Health provider network prescribes.

Dr. Gillis' Wellness Center

Best for: coverage in all 50 states, which most sellers will not confirm

7.6
Score breakdown, pros and cons

Start a semaglutide dose and it costs $150; the monthly plans below that open at $149, with no contract and scheduling you can set weekly, bi-weekly or monthly. Three GLP-1 molecules are written, semaglutide, tirzepatide and retatrutide, each as an injection or a sublingual ODT, the orally dissolving tablet that matters if needles are the obstacle. The clinic sits in Oakland, Maine and sells telehealth countrywide. Dr. Gillis leads it, board-certified as physician and surgeon, 25-plus years into gut health, and a serving member of the Maine State Medical Board.

Longevixx

Best for: starting below a standard dose, with microdose tiers

7.1
Score breakdown, pros and cons

Finish the eligibility questionnaire and the numbers appear: microdose $129, semaglutide $149, oral $229, tirzepatide $299. Dosage does not move any of them, so titrating up leaves the bill where it was, and each plan carries a dietitian visit, care coaching, physician review and the drug. Longevixx LLC operates out of Charlotte, North Carolina under physician leadership, with a deep peptide menu beside the compounded semaglutide, compounded tirzepatide, daily oral GLP-1 and microdose protocol.

How we rank, and what counts as “legit”

Scoring for every provider on this page runs against our published six-factor rubric[1]: value, effectiveness, user experience, trust & safety, accessibility and support.

Each of Wegovy, Zepbound, Ozempic and Mounjaro holds its own separate FDA approval under its own NDA number[4][5]. Published Phase 3 efficacy for semaglutide at 2.4 mg (~14.9% mean weight loss across 68 weeks) comes from STEP 1[6]; those for tirzepatide (~20.9% at the 15 mg dose over 72 weeks) come from SURMOUNT-1[7]. In 2025 the SURMOUNT-5 head-to-head set the two against each other[8].

How much of an anti-obesity medication is covered varies widely between state Medicaid programs and between commercial plans[9][10]. Under IRS Publication 502, compounded GLP-1s and brand-name ones alike are generally FSA/HSA eligible where a prescription exists[11].

Frequently Asked Questions

Six weighted dimensions produce the score. Value (25%) and Effectiveness (25%) carry the most, then User Experience (15%) and Trust & Safety (15%), then Accessibility (10%) and Support (10%). Behind them sits our research into pricing data, clinical evidence, user reviews and publicly available information. Those weights then combine into one overall score out of 10.
The six-dimension methodology computes each score on its own, and no commercial relationship ever moves a provider's underlying number. Every provider's full score sits on its card for you to check. Some providers do hold affiliate agreements with us, which means a commission reaches us if you click through and buy. On the lists carrying the highest commercial intent — the weight-loss injection and shot lists, the semaglutide and tirzepatide lists, the compounded and cheapest molecule lists, and the fitness-app list — affiliate partners take the top positions. Every other list runs in score order, or in price order on the cheapest lists. That placement is disclosed here, on our methodology page, and on our affiliate-disclosure page.
