Best Gonadorelin Providers in 2026 — Ranked & Reviewed

The hypothalamic hormone GnRH is what gonadorelin is a synthetic version of. Diagnostic and fertility indications make up its FDA-approved history, but the use growing fastest today is off-label, compounded and given together with testosterone replacement therapy (TRT), where the pulsatile stimulation it provides may help preserve testicular size and fertility during exogenous testosterone use. A prescription is required. Each clinic below writes through a licensed provider, and all are scored on our standard dimensions.

A seller that will not show a price before an intake loses points on Value and carries that note in its review. Withholding the number is itself a finding. How we score →

Detailed Reviews

About the prices below: every dollar figure inside these provider summaries belongs to that clinic’s GLP‑1 weight-loss program. None is a Gonadorelin price. For Gonadorelin itself, read the figure next to each clinic in the comparison table above, taken from the clinic’s own product page. A reading of “Check pricing” means the clinic does prescribe Gonadorelin and publishes nothing for it, so you are quoted after your consultation.

1

Pepti

Best for: bloodwork inside the $99/month rather than billed on top

9.0

One flat charge holds regardless of dose: $99 a month for injectable semaglutide, $199 for tirzepatide, each figure covering shipping, refill management, baseline labs, physician review and the drug itself. Registered in Delaware, the platform reaches 36 states with doctor-prescribed compounded peptides and GLP-1s, and its catalog passes 120 products spanning skin, cognitive, recovery, TRT and hormone, and weight-loss categories, bloodwork at home included. Insurance is not billed. Pepti prescribes nothing itself; it is the platform.

Pros

  • Semaglutide at $99 a month, 48% below the $189 median for the same drug and form across this register
  • Publishes a price on its own site before the medical questionnaire, so it can be compared without handing over health information
  • The monthly price is recorded as flat across doses, so it does not climb as the dose is titrated up
  • The monthly figure covers medication, consult, shipping, labs
  • No FDA warning letter matched this operator when we searched our enforcement register

Cons

  • Coverage is published for 36 states only, so this may not reach you
  • No dispensing pharmacy is named in our record, so its accreditation cannot be looked up from here
  • Its semaglutide and tirzepatide are compounded rather than FDA-approved, so they have not been reviewed by the agency for safety, effectiveness or manufacturing quality
2

Try Ageless

Best for: semaglutide at $119/month, 37% under the register median

7.7

Semaglutide by injection opens at $119/month, about as low an entry price as we track anywhere, and aggressive introductory pricing runs across all five products. Three delivery formats exist for the compounded semaglutide and tirzepatide sold here: injection, troche, and drops placed under the tongue. Nobody else in our directory spans that many. The platform frames itself around longevity and metabolic health, and holds LegitScript certification.

How we rank, and what counts as “legit”

Scoring for every provider on this page runs against our published six-factor rubric[1]: value, effectiveness, user experience, trust & safety, accessibility and support.

Each of Wegovy, Zepbound, Ozempic and Mounjaro holds its own separate FDA approval under its own NDA number[4][5]. Published Phase 3 efficacy for semaglutide at 2.4 mg (~14.9% mean weight loss across 68 weeks) comes from STEP 1[6]; those for tirzepatide (~20.9% at the 15 mg dose over 72 weeks) come from SURMOUNT-1[7]. In 2025 the SURMOUNT-5 head-to-head set the two against each other[8].

How much of an anti-obesity medication is covered varies widely between state Medicaid programs and between commercial plans[9][10]. Under IRS Publication 502, compounded GLP-1s and brand-name ones alike are generally FSA/HSA eligible where a prescription exists[11].

Price and states served both move. Read them off the seller's own site before you enroll. How our reviews work →
