How to Use the Wegovy Coupon

  1. Have a live prescription first

Without an active Wegovy prescription the card does nothing. Either a telehealth seller or your own prescriber can write one, if it is clinically right for you.

  2. Sign up on the manufacturer's own page

Enroll at www.novocare.com/patient/medicines/wegovy/savings-offer.html and nowhere else. Third-party "coupon" sites that want a payment, or personal details the manufacturer never asks for, are not part of this program.

  3. Check what kind of cover you hold

Nearly every manufacturer card demands commercial cover — private or through an employer — and names government plans as excluded: Medicare, Medicaid, VA, DoD, TRICARE and the state and federal programs alongside them. Settle your eligibility before you plan around any particular price.

  4. Hand it over at the counter

The pharmacy runs the card at checkout much as it would a retail coupon, knocking your copay down as far as the program's cap allows. It is not insurance, and it sits on top of whatever cover you already have rather than replacing it.

Who Qualifies & the Fine Print

Not insurance. Open to people with commercial coverage and to uninsured or self-paying patients holding a valid prescription — but closed to anyone on a government plan, and that exclusion holds even if you pay cash and never involve the plan at all. Full terms live at WegovyTerms.com and NovoCarePharmacyTerms.com.

No commercial insurance? The cheaper compounded route

The card and the cash price are two different things — Wegovy self-pay runs NovoCare self-pay pen: $199/mo for 2 monthly fills of 0.25 and 0.5 mg, for patients new to the offer, through December 31, 2026 — then $349/mo. Wegovy HD 7.2 mg is $399/mo.. If you are uninsured, or on a government plan the card shuts out, compounded semaglutide sits at a middle figure of $190/mo across 481 price points in the register, spanning $65 to $1,585 — as a rule, well under what the brand asks. Remember that a 503A or 503B compounded semaglutide is not an FDA-approved product, so weigh the seller's verification before you commit.
