A $49 virtual visit, or a walk-in clinic consult, starts a personalized weight-loss plan with a prescription when appropriate (BMI 30 or above, or 27 or above with a comorbidity). The program dispenses only FDA-approved brand-name GLP-1 medications, semaglutide, tirzepatide and liraglutide/Saxenda, and no compounded products. Medication is billed separately at the pharmacy: GLP-1s start at $149/month cash pay with a manufacturer coupon, or as low as a $25 copay with insurance.
