Titration schedule planner

GLP-1 Titration Schedule Planner

Turns a start date into the actual weeks of your dose ladder, taking every step and its duration from the drug's own FDA prescribing information. Pick the medication, set the date, and say where you are now if you want only what is left rather than the whole climb.

Important: How you tolerate it is what your prescriber will adjust against. What you see is the label's standard protocol, and no dose on it moves without clinical guidance. Where a step is genuinely intolerable, speak to them before the next increase rather than after it.

How the planner works

Nothing here is invented. Every dose, every duration, every pen color is read off the prescribing information for that drug, and all this does is lay the label's own protocol against real dates.

  • Wegovy (semaglutide) [1]: Four-week steps, five of them, carrying 0.25 mg up to a maintenance dose of 2.4 mg across 16 weeks.
  • Ozempic (semaglutide) [2]: Four weeks at 0.25 mg to begin, then 0.5 mg, with 1.0 mg and 2.0 mg available above that if needed.
  • Zepbound / Mounjaro (tirzepatide) [3][4]: Sixteen weeks, rising 2.5 mg at a time every four, from 2.5 mg to a ceiling of 15 mg.
  • Foundayo (orforglipron) [5]: A tablet taken daily, climbing from 3 mg to a maintenance dose of 36 mg over 12 weeks.

Important warning

How you tolerate it is what your prescriber will adjust against. What you see is the label's standard protocol, and no dose on it should move without clinical guidance. Where a rung is genuinely intolerable, speak to your prescriber before your next scheduled increase — they may recommend staying at the current dose for additional weeks or reducing the dose.

What this planner does NOT do

  • It gives no medical advice and replaces no conversation with your prescriber.
  • It cannot judge how you are coping. Every label carries “as tolerated” language, and applying that is your prescriber's job rather than this page's.
  • It writes no prescription and places no order.
  • It records nothing you actually did. What you see is the plan, for reference.

Important disclaimer

Educational only. Neither medical advice nor a prescription. What it lays out is the standard protocol from each label, and yours may well run differently once your clinical response, your tolerance and your prescriber's judgment are in play. No dose changes without talking to them first.
